Instructions are usually provided in your eCampus account with your university (the same place you find your syllabus and other important class information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps as provided by SmarterProctoring\u2122<\/a><\/u><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Log into your institutions LMS and navigate to SmarterProctoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Once you have logged in, choose the course that you need to schedule an exam for. Then select PROCTORING<\/strong> from the left-hand side of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong> When you see your exams, pick the one you need to schedule and select Choose a Proctor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong> The Proctor Groups<\/strong> page will appear, select the group that best applies to you and your course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:<\/strong> On the Locate Proctor<\/strong> page, the results will be sorted by distance (closest in proximity proctors are first). You may also re-sort by the price of the proctors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.<\/strong> Once a Proctor is chosen, select Request Session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:<\/em><\/strong> If a Proctor requires an “approval” – you will have to wait until the approval has been granted in order to choose that proctor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.<\/strong> You MUST message the proctor and select three (3) session times from which the proctor can choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.<\/strong> Once a session time\/date is approved by the proctor, you will receive a message in your inbox from the proctor of the accepted date\/time. Select Schedule Session<\/strong> to finish the scheduling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.<\/strong> IMPORTANT!<\/strong> Review all of the details, if correct, confirm the session and select Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.<\/strong> If the payment information looks accurate, select Continue<\/strong>. You may also put in a Voucher<\/strong> code to mitigate the price of the session, if applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: If you are paying by credit card, put in card information then select <\/em>Schedule to Finish process<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.<\/strong> You will now see a Confirmed<\/strong> message once everything is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
